I use HOT HOT water on the end of a Q-Tip. Use a fresh Q-Tip, put it in the hot water (as hot as you can tolerate), then dab it on there and hold it a few seconds. Then, use the other end of the Q-Tip & do it again. Always use a fresh Q-Tip end, (so as not to spread the infection), and repeat the hot water compresses until it's cleared. It could take a few minutes. I've never had a sty that's seen tomorrow.

hey. i've had a many stys in the past. it will not go away in one day. the best thing is hot water compresses several times a day (ie, soak a face cloth in hot water, and hold it there. dip the cloth in the water regularly to make sure it stays warm). You can also try some polysporin eye ointment, but the opthamologist always told me the heat is the thing that will work. If it doesn't go away... go to your doctor for some stronger meds

The best and easiest way is to buy an eye wash like eye-low, or any one of them that has boric acid in them. All drugstores carry eye solutions, and provide an eye cup to use. It is very safe and easy and bye ,bye sty. Good Luck........

You won't get rid of it by tomorrow, I'll tell you that, but I used a almost hot wet washcloth draped over my eye until it cooled as many times a day as you can. I tried in the morning and evening. Don't fiddle with it, I think my mistake was I would touch it with my fingers.

Use a cold tea bag and place it on your sty as it will draw out the infection.
