So Imma quiet guy and at work I met this really cute asian girl.
I sit on a table alone she sits next to me out of all the other tables there are. she started up a conversation with me. I found out she's
20 and I am only 16. SHe is really nice to me during my break she always asks me if I need something to drink(she's a waitress).
She rubs my back sometimes to wake me up and like always touches me when she talks to me.
At first I didn't like her that much but now I am starting to have lots of feelings for her and I am really unsure and confused because I don't talk to girls that much.
Does she liek me or is she just really friendly.
I don't wanna ruin anything. I still like being her friend
she's really nice to me. If I told her I liked her she might
never talk to me again.

Because she's an adult and you are underage still, it may be best to keep it as just friends. She is not in a good position legally to have relations with you. It is best, I think, to stick to girls your age for now. I know you have your heart set on this one. Is it possible that you are only interested in her because she "chose" you? You said you didn't like her at first. Stay friends and keep in contact with her. Before long you will be of age to then pursue HER. Be patient and good luck.

Well I would sit down with her and tell her exactly how you feel
If she likes you then great
but if she somehow doesnt then just continue being friends
the important thing is to be 100% honest with her
Don't hide ur feelings
It will only build up then you'd do something stupid

Be careful; Asian women are very flirtatious and it is only friendly sometime. If you were older I would say flirt back with her; Though the Asian women I know will get with younger guys. If she wants you, believe me, she will tell you; until then think of cold places.

She is probably getting off on teasing you. Girls are like that a lot. Once you let her know that you like her, she will probably back off, but then you will end up getting hurt. :0(
