my little finger on left hand is worse than my right hand but they both look like hooks and can sometimes be painful.

I am sure this has something to do with the nerves in your finger. My sister has a real bad temper and she slammed a glass down on the table and it broke cutting her hand pretty bad. Come to find out she did alot of nerve damage to a nerve in her pinkey finger. She cant bend hers at all. it just sticks out when she like makes a fist. She said it does cause alot of pain when she tries to bend it. Hope this helps a little.

IHas it always been like that? if it is, it's hereditary, don't try to force it! My friend has a problem like yours, except hes 6 foot 5 and always have red hands and ears. haha. His pinkies are also curved. Just accept it.
