They were probably encouraging you to make passes at the gym's female patrons (unless it was a gay gym, then they were encouraging you to make passes at the other men). Either way, it was an encouragement for you to persue your fellow gymgoers in a sexualized way.

A number of things, such as "go get them" go get the machines, have a good work out, things like that. He also depends on the tone they said it, and they body motions, so we online can't really say.

They are encouraging you to have a good workout. "Go get 'em!"
