ask your employer. They should have them.

Someone just gave me an answer to this very question. I want to go back and thank them, but haven't figured out how yet. I actually went to the website that they recommended and got the employer tax numbers so I can file online without the W-2 (assuming you have your final paycheck stub or know the amounts you made). It is an awesome site and I was able to get the needed info. I hope it helps you too!

Your employers are required by law to send them to your last known address they have by January 31st. If you moved, contact them and ask for duplicates. If you had your mail forwarded by the USPS, you should still receive them. If you do not receive them after the end of the month, contact the employers or inform the IRS.
