i don't know what exactly you are looking for but the best thing you could do if you have ANY idea at all what you want is to go to a custom tattoo artist so they can draw something for you that will be more original and suited to you and your body. i have done this for my tattoos and have been extremely pleased. they are all 100 times better than i ever could have imagined.

It depends on how fast your body regenerates the layers of skin that are damaged in getting the tattoo. My scabs for my black outline turned gray and the under lying outline was still black. Scabs and dead skin lose color as they loose life. It's like a painting fading over years if it's exposed to a lot of sun, when cleaned up the canvas can still be as bright as the day it was painted. Peeling and scabbing should take a week or two, maybe a little longer if your body doesn't heal as fast. Mine took about a week to scab and have the scabs come off slowly. The worst part was it was really itchy. Don't scratch or pick at the scabs and use lotion to keep the tattoo moisturized and skin from getting itchy. Good luck with the body art!

honestly...the best thing is probably to come up with descriptive words as to what you want for your tattoo and have your artist come up with a custom one just for you! :) They can make a tattoo design out of anything....all up to your imagination and the artistic ability of your artist. That way - you have a unique, one of a kind tattoo - and because you helped create it, it has meaning to you. I would honestly hold off too though if you can't think of anything that's significant enough for you where you really "know" what you want...

best of luck to you!

I would have to agree with somebody..its better to get something customized. if you get something from those tattoo finder websites, chances are that someone could have the same tattoo as you, if I saw someone with the same tattoo as me, I'd be pissed, because I didn't go through all that time and pain for someone to just have the same thing as I do....well unless it was planned...but still.
