Can of tuna in water. Pepper shaker and mustard. I add tabasco and open, drain, spice to taste and eat it out of the can. Bring some bread if you like. It is almost all protein.

PS. You will need a mint or 10 afterwards.

Are you talking about just yourself? Or a whole bunch of people?

Just yourself: Take a nice healthy sandwich - tuna, turkey, etc. & add some lettuce, tomatoes & a piece of cheese (which is actually good for you in small doses) For a snack, maybe an apple, banana or an orange. Or maybe a couple of deviled eggs & some fruit.

Alot of people: You can order (or make) a nice big salad w/cucumbers, olives, tomatoes, onions-mix together at last minute so it's not soggy. Throw together a pasta salad (not the boxed kind) then get some nice Italian bread & butter & a hot soup (preferably vegetable) Just toss a few veggies in with a can of stewed tomatoes - potatoes, carrots, celery ---wwaaalllahhh .. soup!

Take care!

Homemade fried rice! You can use a variety of ingredients and always change things up to suit your tastes. Just cook up some rice, sauté some meat and/or veggies if you don't eat meat, scramble a few eggs, add the rice, and toss with some oil/soy sauce. Suggestions include bacon, spam, leftover meat, any cold cut like turkey, carrots, peas, green onions, white onions, red onions, pineapple, and/or whatever is on your kitchen/fridge that could handle a light sautéing. The possibilities are basically endless and it's a great way to use up leftovers!

1.) Fresh garden salad with your favorite fat-free dressing. (it tastes just like regular!) Spinkle lightly with low-fat cheese and edemamae. Serve with a light tuna sandwhich. (tuna in water) Be sure to use miracle whip instead of real mayo which is full of calories. Serve on fiber bread or 35 calorie bread. With Crystal Light to Go as a drink, you have a very nice little meal, especailly if you add a few pretzel rods.
