don't know about prenatal, but try JuicePlus (excellent vitamins!) or biotin/B12

You can check the ingredients line for line and VitaStrand by Mikal Clay is the best hair vitamin out there. My hair grows like never before and is healthy and gorgeous. I used to hate my hair. I used to live in Chicago where he broadcasts a call in show several times per week as "The Hair Doctor." I wasn't a believer but now I sooo am. I used Vitastrand as my prenatal vitamin...I used the dr. prescribed one alone at first, but then my hair was drier, my nails broke, etc. Try them you will love them. I know I sound like a commercial. I don't mean to, I'm just thankful that they work so well.

I liked walmarts prenatal vitamins....they are cheaper, and my nails and hair seemed to like them better than the expensive ones that were prescription:)
