Okay, you're not a stupid girl. You like this guy, a lot, and feel understandably, a little lost because you don't know where you stand.
Remember that if he isn't treating you with respect, then your feelings towards him are probably just based on attraction or a need to have a boyfriend.
So, just ask him. Stand up for yourself. Play it totally cool. Go up to him and ask if he wants to catch a movie. If he says no, look surprised, then laugh and say "I wasn't asking you- I was asking the football.." or some other silly, cheeky comeback to make sure you don't leave any weird tension in the air if he was to turn you down.
If he says yes, then hooray! Get dating. If he says no, then consider him just a crush, just another face in the crowd- that he wasn't smart enough to know you would make a great girlfriend.
Guys can't fill the empty space in your heart. You do that yourself with loving yourself, respecting yourself and putting yourself first.
It's better to regret something you did, than something you didn't do!

First off, stop sweating him. Is he the only guy in your neighborhood, school, town, state? I will just never understand how a girl can get so crazy about one guy?
Secondly, if you really want him? Make him come to YOU! You're the woman, and if you chase him around like a lost puppy, you'll never get him. You also don't need a translator. Stop sending messages through some other girl, she may be the one that ends up with him! Never involve another woman in your game!
You sound like a very young girl, so take these words from an older pro, men love to work for it! Make them!

there are thousands of others who feel the same way
YOU need to confront him directly
i left him thousands of emails and voice messages and one day he finally talk to me
unfortunately, he told me that he wasnt ready for a girlfriend
anyway, if you confront him directly, you will feel a lot better (if it doesnt end well, at least you will know how he feels)
