Southwest by far ........ great service ,ontime pilots and crew are great rewards are easy to get and southwest web site will have you in the air soon for less $$$$

Ok, before I answer this, I love the States.
But in general, your airlines suck and I've travelled the list above (except Northwest & Southwest). Out of all of them, I've had the best experience with US Airways (strangely enough considering the lower fares).
Elsewhere, Virgin rocks for it's fun and frisky London to NYC service; Singapore Air has superb service and great kabayas; British Airways is always professional and they fly everywhere; Qatar is surprisingly good - new Airbus fleet, lots of leg room, movies & CDs on demand; Emirates is superb; BMI are a decent bet too for Europe; Grupo Taca have a new Airbus fleet and the staff are friendly; Cebu (in the Phillipines) have a new fleet and the crew play quiz games with the passengers!

American Airlines. Never had a delayed flight, canceled flight, or any other problems. United has also been equally good for me. There is only one airline that I had problems with, and that was Continental. Every where I turned, there was a problem of some kind, never again!

For me, it's Frontier Airlines. I have NEVER had a delayed or late flight with them and if your ticket says that you are scheduled for take off at 11 AM, that means that you are in the air at 11 AM - not just going down the runway. In addition, everytime I've flown with them, they have free Direct TV so you can watch cable TV while you fly. Makes some flights go a lot quicker.

Singapore Airlines is the best for me especially the First or Business Class they have the best.
Next will be Qantas, they have not had air accident and is the safest. Their First and Business Class is also very good but not as good as Singapore Airlines

Midwest Airlines is my favourite. They have larger seats and great food from Mader's of Milwaukee. I travel with them the most.

I did use KLM to Athens but had a long layover in Amsterdam and wore me out......Delta last year and was a great flight, price was in line with the others and got me to Athens around noon time...so I have to pick Delta now
