sorry to be the one to tell you but you'll always have curly (nappy) hair even if you do relax it..if you keep relaxing it ..it will damage your hair..but if you do want straight hair (not good hair) you'll have to relax it and then straight iron it..which is very time consuming

I am bi-racial (black and korean). Growing up I learned the hard way that a relaxer isn't my friend. Which may be the case for you. I like long hair myself. I just let my hair grow, with the help of conditioning and some products that have vitamin-e and herbs in it. By the way, you should look into taking a multi-vitamin, of course one that includes vitamin-e. Doo gro is a good product that I use and I'm partial to it, it has helped speed up my hair growth process. As far as straightening my hair, I use a flat iron. The best one that I know of is called CHI. Professional hair stylists use that one. They are a little expensive, but you can get one on E-bay for a reasonable price. Better than paying full price for the same product. I bought a flat iron (called SCP) that is similar but its much cheaper than the CHI. I bought it on E-bay as well. I hoped this is not too much information but at least enough.

Be Blessed!!!

You can try a Thermal Ionic Straightening. Done at a salon can be expensive but if you have a beauty school around & don't mind playing guinea pig -- go for it. What was going to cost me $185 in the cheapest salon cost me $45 at the local beauty school & my hair went from WAY kinky curly to straight with a little body & it only has to be touched up every 6 months.

who told u that u have bad hair? honey the first pic is of a black person and the second a white boy. the hair textures are completely different. even with a relaxer your hair will not be bone straight.embrace who u are and look for more reasonable pics ok? as your hair grows it will become long enough to cornrow. keep it that way til you have at least 6 inches of hair, then go to a good salon for a professional relaxer.

If you're black and you want your hair to grow out, have it cut along the grain, that will give it waves. Then brush it nightly after applying a hair oil, and apply a wave cap. It will grow out with texture.

If you're white, let it grow and blow dry it
