this worked for me...use baking soda make a paste and scrub your face really good with it...than rinse..(by the way your skin really feels good after this)...than use Hydrogen peroxide like an astringent but let it set on your face for awhile than rinse it off......

Good hygiene and diet.
You should eat plenty of unprocessed food - nuts, fruit & veg, grilled or baked meat & limtied amounts of dairy. Avoid junk food - particularly the ones with lots of fats & sugar.
Get yourself a good set of skin cleanser, toner & moisturiser. They should say on the container if they're suitable for oily skin. Use them morning & night.
Some peolpe are more prone to have pimples than others - it looks as if you're one of the unlucky ones.

aloe,avocado,cucumber blend all together apply to affected area 15-60 minutes OR you can try aveeno soap and then apply Shea butter will help remove spots and marks off your face.don't try any products that contain alot of alcohol

apply honey to your acne area leave overnight. the honey acts as a antibacterial.
