Yes, if your hair is dyed in a salon and you are not happy with it, you can go back within any reasonable period and get them to fix it. They will not charge you and should ensure that you are happy with the result before you leave. It sounds like they need to add some warm tone to the blonde as the bleach has stripped out all the colour.
If your hair was dyed by yourself (and I have to say it is not clear) then all you can do is throw youself at the mercy of a reputable salon and take their advice! I once dyed my long golden blonde hair jet black - except that it didn't come out jet black but more a dismal dark grey that aged me about 40 years. The only thing for it was to have a hairdresser strip out all the colour and put back a colour almsot identical to my own. I was £130 down and looked exactly the same as before. Stop messing with your hair!

You're trying to go where laymen shouldn't go. You're trying to get professional results at home. Trying to use three colors over already lightened hair is asking for trouble. Evidently one of the blonde shades was an ash tone with a strong violet base. Then you colored darker (which was unnecessary), a golden blonde would have done the trick...then you highlighted it all...lifting it back up to the base color of the blonde coloring you already had in it. My oh my. Ya gotta warm that hair back up again or go get professional help and let them warm it up. Also ask for a protein pack or some CAT treatment to strengthen the hair. It can't be in good shape at this point. Good luck.

Hi Ya
It is looking grey because the colour must have had an ash base. Because you bleached hair has no colour in at all , bleach takes all the colour out from the middle of the strand of hair. Your hair is showing the blue which looks grey. Because this has been dyed at a salon go back and ask them to put it right. You are entitled to
Hope this helps

Stop dying it so many times! Your hair needs atleast 6 weeks to recover from the first application of dye. You are Frying your hair beyond recognition! I use Blonde Dye all the time How the hell did your hair turn purple from it? I know when I dyed my hair a "Brown shade" It turned Purple, but Blonde Dye turning your hair Purple?? I have never heard of this happening before..... Go to a Salon instead of trying to do it yourself!

Seriously, I don´t mean to come over as rude, but THIS is exactly what happens if you bleach your hair at home without knowing what you´re doing.
You have to use the right product and CHECK it, try it out before you use it all over your head.
Be happy your scalp didn´t come off, really.
Fix an appointment at your hairdresser´s salon, that´s all you can do. Even the cheapest salon can do a better job than you can do at home, so I honestly can´t understand why anybody would bleach their hair at home. No offense, honey.
Dying it darker, yes. Bleaching - no. =)

You didn't mention what shade you bought. You don't have to do anything to your hair for a long time. Unless you cut off the ends that will happen . Apparently your ends either A. had been previously lightened or colored in the last year and a half, or B. were damaged and needed cut. Damaged hair will grab color base. Get the ends cut.

I think it's time to find a new stylist, maybe someone who deals in corrective color. That shouldn't have happened in the first place and your only option was not to go brunette; any colorist who knows what they are doing would A) not have had that type of accident in the first place and B) would be able to repair bad work. I know finding a new stylist sucks and can be traumatic, but it will be worth it when your hair looks the way you want and do not have to go in all the time to have it fixed.

Sounds like an ash blonde shade which can look grey against the darker hair. Try a born blond shader(its made for bleached/lightened hair) to tone the blonde(wont affect the darker hair) this way you can get the blonde to look the way you want it. look for it in boots or superdrug or somewhere like that

Try going into ur local salon services and buyin a toner. U should always use a toner when applyin blonde - especially if u are aimin for three different shades. Buy a deep conditioner for ur hair while ur in there. All that bleachin aint good for ur hair condition.
