Ok i have liked him for a while now, but he likes one of my friends and so i think i should just stop likeing him now. So how do you get over him?

Keep yourself busy. Write your feelings out and tear the paper up and throw it away. Figure out a way to close this chapter of your life and move on to another one. Remember that you deserve to be loved and someone will eventually come along who sees how special you are.
Watch for people who show interest in you and cultivate their friendships. Many times we are so busy looking at the person we think is cute, that we don't notice the people who think we are cute!
Make an extra effort to be kind to yourself while you are working through this.
Are there things that you would advise a good friend to do if they were in this situation? Do those things yourself!

It is better to pretend to be repulsed by things we can't have than show any sign of weakness. Ignore him. Read, The 48 Laws of Power by Elfers and Greene. Read, The Art of Seduction by the same authors. Good Luck

Try not talking to him or hanging around him. You cant make yourself just stop liking him but hanging out with other people and not being around him will help you get over him faster.

You find something you like to do. How about listening to music, finding a website that will keep you busy, or hanging out with your friends? Or you can always keep your mind busy on a celebrity or something! =)

first, ask yourself: are you really sure you want to stop liking him?
second: just because he likes her, if he hasnt made a move yet, there is still hope
third: talk to your friend, does she like him too? if not, she should get out of the way
