El estudio- means the I study (drop the el if u want to say I study)
-AR verb endings are
I-o
you-as
you formal,they he/she-a
we-amos
they all, he/she plural-an
Ir verbs same as above excepts instead of an a, its and e and for we its -imos

-ar verbs, which the first 5 are are conjugated as follows..
-o
-as
-a
-amos
-ais
-an
so Estudiar is
yo estudio
tu estudias
el estudia
nosotros estudiamos
vosotros estudiais
ellos estudian

el estudio is past tense and means he studied

I don't remember the meanings off hand, but you can search for spanish english translator and get a website that will do it all for you.

(all the spanish verbs ending in "ar" are conjugated the same way = o, as, a, amos, ais, an)

yo estudio
tú estudias
él/ella estudia
nosotros estudiamos

I think that with the first word you mean "estudiar", however is still quite confusing. It depends if you want past, present, or future, and there are different kinds of each one. You also need to consider who you are talking about, so SPECIFY!!
