Im sending out Enclosure cards with my Save the Date cards. So far I've included Hotel information, airline information, rental car information, and a map of the area where some hotels are and where my wedding/reception will be.....

I still have some room left on the enclosure card (I'm making them myself). What other information do you think would be helpful for out of town guests....

P.S. The wedding is in Calgary, if you have any specific ideas...

What you have included is perfect. I would suggest adding the name of a contact person (NOT you -- you have enough going on) that can assist guests if they have additional questions. This could be a good job for a sibling, best friend, or a mother in law that would love to help...

A small tourism brochure for the area. Sometimes your local tourism office (or equivalent) will give you these for free.

On the card you're preparing, you and groom's "favorite things" in the area and the website of each one (attractions, restaurants, parks, museums).

Also some contact info for before the wedding (email of the bride and groom).

"Day of" contact numbers (cell numbers of best man and such for people who get lost) would be good for with the actual invitation.

Maybe a list of some fun sights to see or things to do in the area if they are staying longer than just the day/night for your wedding.

If you guys have a website, you could put a link. We made a nice one with information on how we met, the wedding party, etc so people who didn't know both of us well could feel a little closer.

Maybe some fun attractions they could do before and after the wedding?
