Is this serious?

I have found a 2.5 inch scar on my belly, it's a little reddish, and looks a little like a stretch mark, there are few tiny ones next to it, they seem to have appeared over night because I cannot recall being hurt in that place ever. Sometimes they hurt me a little, could this be a symptom of something serious?

If you are wearing jeans with a metal zipper and panties that are below the zipper--you may be alergic to metal.

no, its not serious. is stretchmarks. they are unattractive but natural. you will probably get more as you get older or if you are a female and get pregnant.
