Like guys will marry girls that are boring, dumb, and vitchy but as long as they are hot it doesnt matter. But girls will marry a guy boring, dumb, overbearing, AND ugly as long as they are rich. Who's more shallow? At least guys look for a connection albeit it's physical but girls dont even bother with that!

It's interesting someone finally noticed this. After studying the human mind I have noticed that women can be very shallow with their feelings. Most men may be attracted only to looks but they end up developing strong emotions towards the woman. Women however may only be attracted to a mans money and never develope any real feelings for the man other than the money. In reality you can say that woman are more shallow than most men. In my career as a relationship counselor I have noticed that the men usually have a stronger connection further into the relationship. I have also noticed that the ratio of shallow women to shallow men is about 2:1. Interesting you have noticed this as well.

Both are shallow, but as a woman, I think that girls have (in general) been bought up to be more shallow than men. Hello! take a look at how much money women spend on shoes, clothes and make up in one year!
From what you used in your examples,
women think with their heads when it comes to long term relationships, hence they are looking for a provider (the boring, dumb, over bearing and ugly guy)
Whereas Men think with their........you know what, hence their attraction to hot woman that is b+tchy, boring and dumb (in your own words)

I think that girls and guys can be equally shallow. Look at the way that girls get along in groups compared to guys. Girls can be very catty and hate another girl just because of her looks. Guys can at least act civil. I'm not saying that guys are clear of this though, they can be very shallow as well.

guys are more shallow naturelly. I mean if looks were so important to a women then men would be wearing make up and looking at themsleves in the mirrior all the time like a homo. But it is the opposite women take care of themsleves more then men because men care about the looks more then the women.

it rele just depends on the person. they are equally as shallow. im not saying a lot of people are, but some people are veryyyy shallow. those women who marry old rich guys are shallow. but still some guys won't date flat girls. it doesn't matter the gender.

i think u are just talking about a small of percentage of girls in the world, for me, i care about the true feelings rather than $$$$, i think most girls do the same. so , i don't agree that girls are more shallow than guys.

wow...you sure have pigeonholed the whole human race with your prejudgements! Some people do act as you describe...but you seem more than ordinarily cynical about both men and women.
If I am expecting people to have bad behavior, they usually don't disappoint...and likewise, if I am looking for the good in people, I am seldom disappointed.

Not true!! It all depends on the type of person that girl is. I would NOT marry a guy just because he had money.
