Get a invisible fence. I have one installed, and my dog loves it. Watch the video and train it just the way they tell you to, and your pet will love his freedom in your yard. My dog learn the fence fast. He did get zapped maybe two or three times, but it's just enough of a zap to let him know he's doing something wrong. This system also has a remote, so when you see him digging a hole give him a little zap. Of course you don't want to hurt him, just let him know he's doing a bad thing.

Digging holes? I'm just guessing here, but dogs DIG! As for dragging stuff from neighbors yards? Well, buddy... the only problem THERE is you need a FENCE and to keep YOUR dog in your yard and NOT in the neghbors yard. SImple solution... also responsible as a pet owner. YOUR DOG has no right being in your neighbors yard. Others rarely appreciate this and you do not want YOUR DOG to suffer from the result of your lack of responsiblity in fencing in your own yard and containing YOUR pet!

You shouldn't be letting your dog go into the neighbours yard in the first place, you should have a fence a run or a trolley leash for when your dog is outside to keep him confined to your yard. Next your dog needs to have walks, excercise, indestructible chew toys and most importantly supervision. If you give the dog lots of toys to play with, sufficient excercise and watch him at all times so you can correct his digging behaviour when you see it.. then your dog wont be bored or free enough to continue digging and stealing other peoples belongings to play with.

Your dog should be on a leash or fenced in. You should not allow your dog to run. Don't you worry about him getting hit by a car? Or someone hurting him? Picking him up and taking him to the humane society?

He digs holes in your yard because he is bored. He is not being stimulated. This behavior can be remedied by daily walking and more attention.

Put up a fence and/or monitor him when he is outside.

You have to correct them WHEN they do it. If you call them to you and fuss at them, you've just taught them to not go to you when you call.

I've answered this before by someone else though. Basically, we trained our lab to only dig in a certain box we built and filled with dirt. She still digs in some areas, but mainly digs in this one.

We hid treats and some toys in the box (under the dirt a bit) so if she dug in it when we weren't there, she'd get a treat anyway.

That's kind of just what dogs do but it might be a good idea to put up a fence to keep him out of the neighbor's yard.

Get a chain and only allow it a little room in the grass or something, or just yell at it and teach it that its not right. never be aggressive with your dog, i taught that with mine and it worked.

Ha ha ha. Sorry but that is too cute.

The only way to do that is to put up a big fence, and monitor him outside
