i dont love my cat like want to marry it or have sex with it.
i just love it as a cat. like, i like to pet him and cuddle with him and spend time with him. does this make me gay? should i get a girl cat instead??? :(

It does not at all make you gay! I have two pet male rats and I'm not gay. I like to spend time with them just like you do which is normal for a pet owner to do. Don't worry about it. Maybe your problem is that you are thinking of your cat as a person. This is obviously not true so try to remember that 'he's just a cat, a cat dear to my heart, but still just a cat'.
It's better to have a male cat sometimes because they can't have a million kittens all the time.

If you are too immature to understand the difference between love of another human or the love of a pet then you aren't old enough to be a responsible pet owner. Loving your cat doesn't make you gay but it does make you a weirdo for asking about it.

No it does not mean your gay. It just means that you have a strong love for animals and that is a good thing. Alot of peope love their cats and dogs. Loving a pet is different than loving another human.

Yu are nuts..I have a female indoors and a male out doors.. what has this got to do with sex between a man a woman.? Just love your cat.. i dont give a rats behind what sex this cat is.. this is rediculous..Cuddle him and forget everything else. This is an animal.. He adores you .. you are his friend and you feed him..Think on this and forget all this bull crap.

Nope, it doesn't make you gay. If it was a human you'd be gay. It just means you love male pets more than females (probably because you're a male and you just have a special bond with male pets)

No, it doesn't make you gay. It just means that you are one of those kinds of people that deserve to have a cat. You love him and snuggle him and feed him, and that 's pretty much what cats demand from us. Good job!

People tend to transfer their maternal or paternal instincts to their pets- which is normal and perfectly acceptable. I think that your love your cat means that someday you will also be a loving father-and that is wonderful!!
