He lived in Harper Woods Michigan On Hollywood ST. Was remarried and had a son named John who's birthday was April 1. My grandfather's name was William Lincoln Pouterer. I am sure he has passed on. But would like to know about him.

I found a ww2 enlistment form of what might be your father.

b. 1912 Pa
ressidence: fort custer, mich
dated: 3 mar 1942.

I checked ancestry.com, and he was born 8 oct 1912 and died 13 feb 1990. His last residence was St Clair Shores, Macomb county, Michigan. You could probably send away for his death certificate. that would give you more information

Your best bet is probally ancestry.com

It costs money but some library's have it on their computers.
