Is there anything I can do to get my braces off sooner? I still have about 1 year, and I was wondering what I could do to speed up the process.

I just got mine off on Dec 13th, that was 4 months earlier then he originally estimated. One thing I did do, I had to wear elastics the last 8 months of treatment and I wore them all the time. I only took them off to eat and brush my teeth. I had about 4 different configuration during that 8 months period. I probably had them off for less then 2 hours total every 24 hours. I changed them constantly for more pressure. I think all that helped.

I had to wear mine for 2 1/2 years. It ended up being 6 months longer than planned but it was totally worth it. Just try to stick it out because when you get them off they will look so great!!

You can do nothing unless you want them to go back the way they were. I had to wear mine a year longer than they originally told me. But totally worth it.

if you get them off early your teeth will not stay in the shape they are being formed to
you will just have to make do

Haha, no you can't. Bummer isn't it. Unless you want your teeth to be as ugly as hell sure go ahead.
