If you can find it use, K-pak by Joico its for damaged hair. As a hairstylist for 16 years i recommend the shampoo, conditioner, and reconstucture. And then use Moisturizer also from Joico. You'll want to use the reconstructure 3 times a week, and switch back and forth between the k-Pak conditioner and moisturizer.

You need to treat your hair with the upmost of care now...Bleach is the most damaging to the cuticle..Now that the cuticle is roughed up its time to reconstruct it back into its original state (almost). You need a deep penetrating cond...Preferably something like K-pak..After applying use a cap and go under a dryer for about 20 min..You can use Wella-Kelesteral in a tube which is a little cheaper but basicly has the same affect...Sallys carries it..Or if you really want to save a buck, use mayonaise with a plastic cap and go under the dryer..Shampoo as normal...Mayonaise is made oil and egg, so therefore nourishes the hair in the same manner as your expensive paks..You will see a difference..

Your hair must've had some damage before this was done or have very fine hair because 10 vol shouldn't damage your hair that much. You need a shampoo & cond. with protein in it. Bleaching your hair removes moisture and protein, the protein gives the strength, then maybe use a reparative leave-in conditioner or styling product to put some moisture in it. I like Aveda Reparative Shine product to finish with or even put a little in when your hairs wet so it dries with the cuticle of your hair smooth. That way it's repairing it and you have shine!

Protein and moisture treatments. You can get them done at a salon, i suggest every 2 or 3 weeks. Joico KPAK Reconstructer works a treat on blonde hair, its expensive, but good., i used it when i was blonde, but if you cant find that, just replace your conditioner with any sort of moisture or protein treatment, as long as its a thicker consistency to the conditioner you already use.

Hi Ya
Once you have bleached your hair you can only make it appear healthier. A good condition for damaged hair and hair candy. Which is a hair shine syrim. It adds weight to the ends of the hair stops it looking cotton wooly and gives an all over shine It can be used every day and smells fab. Not expensive any hair shine syrim will work. Hair looks good until washed then apply again
Hope this helps

you should be using protein based shampoo and conditioners and any other products you use. protein is your hair's strength and that's what you take out when you lighten (bleach) your hair so now you have to put it back in. Also use a leave in conditioner or a thermal protectant when blow drying or using a flat/curling iron to protect your hair.

Use shampoo and conditioner for colour taken care of and broken hair. attempt to maintain removed from the warmth like warm irons or straighteners and attempt to situation your hair a minimum of two times a week. not greater colour on your hair for awhile. Bleach is harsh and utilising different colorations with it might desire to break your hair to the element the place all of it breaks off.
