Is this normal and can you give any advice on this?

I can play games like badminton well which means my hand-eye coordination must be ok.

Yet I can't pour juice from a jug into a glass without spilling it and the glass has to be half-full when I walk with it else I spill it everywhere.

The most severe case would be Motor Skill Disorder which I doubt you have it (Ref. 1).
Or it could be normal variant.
You might want to try to slow thing down. Walk slowly and paying attention to what you are doing with a glass full of water. One cannot obviously just hold the glass tight and stiffly walk across the room without spilling. You have to learn to finely adjust the speed of your walk, angle of the glass and use your hand movement to gently brace the glass.
Same thing with pouring liquid. You can't just tip the bottom quickly. One has to slowly and gently tip the jug and almost constantly adjust the angle and tip less once the liquid is flowing.
Nobody can just pour the juice without paying attention and expecting clean table.
I think you just have to slow down and pay attention. With practice, I am sure you can pour the juice and walk a mile without spilling nearly full glass of liquid.
On the other hand, other people may be able to do this with more grace than others and less messy than others. Some people practice, pay attention or are born with grace. Some are just clumsy or awkward with their movement.

This is something like that one country singer,ohhh, what is his name??????He cant say a sentence because he stutters so bad but when he sings.......boy can he sing. he doesent stutter one time. Damn I cant think of his name. I know this dont help you but when I read your problem it made me think of him. Sorry to take up your time.
