It'll be fine. Two hours in the "danger" zone is max, four hours is the max which includes resting at room temp, or anything over 40 or under 140 during the whole cooking process. Cook it up and enjoy!

Meat can be left in the "temperature danger zone" (41 degrees F to 141 degrees F) for up to four hours. As long as the meat is cooked to an appropriate temperature (165 or 180, I can't remember which is for meat and which is for poultry), it should be fine.

If you cook it the same day, you are okay. If you put in frig and left overnight, cook well done. If it's longer than just overnight in the frig, do you have a cat or a dog? I wouldn't trust it past 24 hours in the frig.

I think it depends, what was the room temp, and the temp of the meat? I wouldn't to be on the safe side, though.
