You don't say how old you are, but that's not really important, maturity level is. You need to talk with your mom and explain this to her. You aren't a live in babysitter you are a kid who needs to enjoy being one.

Depends where and what she is up to and how often she makes you look after her. A little responsibility is not a bad thing...also depends on your age..if you are under 16 and anything happens while your sister is in your care your mother will be held responsible by the law !( children & young persons act in scotland)

I don't know your circumstances...but maybe your Mum needs you to help her? Maybe this is what you all need to do as a family? Maybe your Mum hates to ask you but she has no choice?

I'm sorry...life can be tough, but you sound great. You've obviously been doing this for a while and now it's frustrating you.

Stick with it...In my minds eye I can see you, your Sister and your Mum....and you are a family...no matter how annoying and frustrating that can be...and unknown to you...there are millions of people around the world who would gladly swap places with you.

God Bless.

Ur responsibility is not 2 take care of her, but 2 teach her from ur mistakes. Tell Ur mom all U can do is give her advise 2 prepare her mentally & emotionally from Ur experiences, any physical work as far as taking care of should B the job of an adult not a child.

1) Tell your mother that
2) How old are you and how old is your sister? Your mother could be breaking the law.
3) If in the UK phone Childline and keep trying until you get through.

it depends on how old you are....if you are under 16 then tell her that you are way too young to take on such a responsibility and she needs to get a sitter who's old enough to do that for her, or tell her to stop leaving you with your little sister and spend more time with you both

It seems to me that your mother needs to grow up herself& realize what she is doing to her kids. I would talk to another adult relative or a friends parents in getting her some help.

if your mum is going out partying and getting you to babysit then it is unfair but if its work then i think you should help. try talking to her
