My boyfriend (Brad) of 4.5 years just recently started being friends with this girl named Monica. At first she was all cool and wanted to hang out with me and Brad all the time, mostly because she just moved to our city and doesn't really know anybody here. Now, she only wants to hang out with Brad alone and he doesn't want that. He has told her he doesnt like her in that way but she still calls him everyday and wants to hang out with him alone. If he suggests all 3 of us hang out she just says "call me if you change your mind", then hangs up the phone. It has gotten to the point where I have heard him tell her off over the phone but she will not give up. What should I do?

You need to talk to her with your BF and you tell her that if she wants to continue the to be friends with both of you she have to stop all the attitude and flirting with your BF and she have to know where her place is.
She should be thankful that you and your BF are befriending her.
And you don't really need her,she's not to be consider as a friend and both of you should stay away from her.
And if you don't get her through diplomacy then it's time to slap the b*tch. (ooppss, my bad)

Well, if she is kinda new in town, try to get a group of people together so that she can meet other people. She seems like she either a) really likes your bf [ kudos to you for havin a keeper] or b) she doesnt like you and doesnt know anyone else. The whole group thing might be what she needs to meet other people.

Sounds like someone needs their a** beat!!! Too bad you can't do that without getting yourself in trouble. If needed, bring the police into it.. get your point across to her! She sounds crazy.. be careful, she might try and hurt one of you. Tell her not to call anymore, and if she does get a restraining order! If she break the restraining order.. you can send her off the jail!

She had the the terrific option to preserve herself and yeah her sister is pregnant yet she did not hit her interior the tummy so its not truly a controversy. Her sister might desire to have concept with regards to the protection of her toddler earlier beginning a combat

As long as your guy is obviously into you, don't worry about it. That's just what happens your partner is attractive to others -- you can't spend all your time fending them off.
She'll eventually (might be several months) give up.
