hi i got hurt at work and now i find out that they wont let me work there anymore i am in georgia..............do i have a chance to collect anything here

you certainly do !! you go over to the workers compensation board and tell your story!! you were wrongfully dismissed and you are entitled to compensation, don't take "no" for an answer, you do have rights. if compensation won't help you, get a lawyer, there are some that will take you pro bono if you can't afford one now, good luck to you.

That depends...did you report the accident to your superior immediately after it happened? Do you know if he/she documented it? Did it result in lost-time from work? Did you have a doctors' note to be off of work if that was the case? There are alot of factors at play here... we need the whole story...
