i would probably say use hydrocortozone cream

Exfoliate. A good quality salt scrub and washcloth will do the trick. Then moisturize. Vaseline Intensive Care should be fine. Finally, be sure you're drinking lots of water.

after shower use baby oil..do not dry it off...vaseline on dry legs works well too
