This younger guy likes me alot and i only like him as a friend, what should i do?

So this guy that is three years younger likes me and i only like him as a friend, but he won't stop saying " I love you" and stuff like that. I don't know what to say back without hurting him. Help me please. What do i do in this situation?

You need to nip it in the bud...You will only end up getting angry and wound up and saying somehting you regret if you don't say somehting now.
Just explain to him that you're really glad you're friends, and that you love him as a friend, that way it's not embarassing for either of you and he will know where he stands.
