as long as we are talking about theories,so
if you think human is the most superior living kind, here is a silly suggestion.
why human didn't develop wings to fly as long as he needs to fly as mentioned in old myths that he was always dreaming to fly with failed trials, and why some kind of animals have wings while the most superior one doesn't

the suggestion: was our body going to have wings if we didn't create the planes

personally i think that cockroaches are the most highly evolved creature on the planet. Humans can't survive for a couple of minutes without a head, let alone for several days. technically i don't think anything is the most superrior because different organisms just evolved to fit different niches. but my human brain feels the need to say one is more than the others.
Now as for the second question, even though we have planes, there still is the same chance that we will grow wings. the idea of selective mutation is random. it doesn't matter if there is a "need" or not. If-while in the womb-a person's cells are going through mitosis and suddenly the RNA that make sure the DNA replicated properly somehow miss that one of the base pairs is off, that person could be born with wings. if the person is able to survive and reproduce (and if it is a dominant allelle) the person's children will have wings. and their children will have wings, etc, etc. eventually (theoretically), humans with wings would outnumber humans without. But technically this is the same mechanism that causes some people to be born with a third arm or no arms. No normally if one is born with a third arm, we remove it, retarding evolution.
the point i'm trying to make here is that their is no "guiding force behind evolution". it's basically just a roll of the dice.

first of all, I don't believe that humans are "the most superior living kind" and that renders the rest of the question invalid. However, I will try to explain my point of view. Indeed, no living being is "superior" to the other. We have simply adapted to the enviornment in which we live over the course of 4.4 billion years. Some creatures have adapted to live in water, others have adapted to live in the skies and others still on land. It doesn't mean or imply that one is superior to the other. Take any on out of it's element and they all will perish or exhibit their weakness.
by the way, humans fly everyday with a tool they invented called an airplane.

"if you think human is the most superior living kind"
What, on Earth, makes you think that? On which criteria are you basing this statement?
"why human didn't develop wings to fly "
We have binocular vision, and opposable thumbs, and are designed to eat fruit.
"mentioned in old myths "
As opposed to something that actually happened.
"why some kind of animals have wings"
Because it gives them an advantage, which they ditch as soon as they are able (look up birds that live on small islands without predators)
"while the most superior one doesn't"
Again, please justify this remarkable statement.

Evolution doesn't give up what we want, or even need. If gives us whatever works to give us an edge. Hands are far more useful than wings.

There may be the desire to fly, but there is no evolutionary need for it. Anyone exposed to a stressor that would require flying to prevail over died. Ludicrous.

Because evolution does not work that way! It is not a guided process.
And all of this "superior" crap only shows how damn arrogant your religion has made you.
