I don't know exactly what you mean by an acne toner. However -
What I would recommend is become familiar with your skin type. I use Body Shop products - I use a foaming face wash, a toner, and a moisturizer. Every now and then, I also use a warming face mask that takes only 5 minutes. The Body Shop is awesome. They always have customized products for everyone - and if you can't find something on your own - someone will have the answers!

toners can be drying and make the skin create more oil leading to more acne! try using an acne toner in a system if u must use it (ie- with a special set of cleaner, toner, moistureizer), or you can use a great acne moisturizer like CLEAN and CLEAR acne mositurizer, smells great, gentle and works!

I would recommend the Biore Face Wash that heats up with water. It cleans deep and feels great. They make products that have kept my face clear.

Sure, It removes whatever it left behind after you use the cleanser before you apply the moisturizer.
