Okay im 16 n i just went to the DH yesterday but they realsed me yesterday but they told me they were charging me with class 3 felony,because i was in a stoling vehicle which i did not know was stollin because the passenger said it was theirs n to drive them home cause they was too tired, but they also pulled me over for speeding .Do you think that is such a felony and would i have to do time?

I think that you have had some past experiences with law enforcement. Every time I would lock someone up for a stolen car, without fail they would say" I didn't know it was stolen'. Get a lawyer
