Any bleaching will damage your hair to some degree
and anything "cheap" will make you look CHEAP too!
Going blond is highly over-rated,
it makes you look less intelligent
so you'd be perceived as less threatening to boys.
Have you considered going darker instead?
Try a reverse highlight approach
(put a plastic bag over your head
and pull segments of hair out through small holes
made by a crochet needle)
and DO NOT use dye, try a subtle shade of Henna.
That way you'll look more mysterious and powerful,
and that way you have your choice of any guy you choose
as apposed to attracting the insecure types
who need to control a woman
in order to feel good about themselves.
By the way, too much sun is very bad for your skin
- it may temporarily lighten your hair
but will ultimately lead to wrinkles sooner
and maybe even cancer someday!

I'm not sure if it's actually GOOD for your hair, but I use 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts water and spray my hair in the morning and afternoon with it.
When I used to have blonde highlights, I would spray it just on the blonde parts. Now I am back to my natural dark brown and use this solution to keep my hair a little lighter and more red. I use it for a week on and then have a week off.

Well there are some great temporary shampoos that can keep a color lasting as long as 2 weeks a brand that i know works well is Kiwi or Paul Mitchel has some too, u can go to any sallys beuty store i am sure u can find them there and they have such colors as dirty blonde or strawberry blonde. You can also put natural lemon juice on your hair to lighten it. Good luck

Actually, you can use Sun-in with a blow dryer, too! That also works, I've done it before. BUT since blow drying damages your hair, I would spray it on when your hair is mostly dry, or completely dry, and blow dry on the coolest setting. Blow drying on cold closes down the hair cuticle. Sun-in also makes your hair very shiny! I would also reccomend John Freida's Sheer Blonde hair products line. It will even out your hair better, and make it more blonde and beautiful!

Hi Ya
Because you have natural blonde hair the only thing to use to lighten it without damaging is lemon juice. To make it super shiney and give golden colour. Henna natural plant extract is an option in different colours for differant shades of hair.
Hope this helps

Lemon juice requires sun and time. The reason people don't recommend sun-in is because it dries out your hair. You can successfully use sun-in if you condition your hair well and get trims every 6-8 weeks.

If you want use some hydrogen peroxide to lighten your hair color . Simply pour it over your hair sit in the sun or direct sunlight for about 10 minutes, then simply wash with your regular shampoo and conditioner.

Anything you use to lighten your hair will damage it. That's a given fact.
If you really want highlights though, you can use Sun-In, Lemon Juice, or a home highlight kit (although I recommend seeing a professional hairdresser).

i do not understand the way you would possibly want to do this without a salon. sunlight in isn't organic both besides the undeniable fact that, and it truly is extremely really undesirable on your hair. in case you've been to apply it, and desirous to bypass to a salon, the salon might want to likely no longer have the ability to do some thing with it through coating it places on the hair. it truly is going to generally ought to advance out. also, on brown hair, it has a tendency to tug an orange coloration.

ok, sweetie..anytime you strip your hair of color...ie:lighten it, you are damaging the cuticle of your hair, so you have to be careful..my best advice, is to get a professional to put highlites on...also, if you have had a permanent in the past 2 weeks, you would need to wait 2 weeks...i am 1/2 thru beauty college, and i have done my own hair for years...lol, it has come out green before...and i have fried it to the point that it just breaks off...NOT good...just be careful, and dont over do it...
