Hi!
Actually my deceased aunt found that prep h worked better than the prescriptions the doctor gave her, however here in Canada there is one that's called Proctosedyl made by Aventis that works really well. Basically it should be a corticosteriod/antibiotic with hydrocortisone in it.
You could check out http://health.yahoo.com/drug/ to see if they have info about these types of medications. It's a great site that lists information about prescription drugs.
