If population rising in India in this way then in future there will be no place even to stand and because of this everyone have to suffer a lot. So, for a bright future we should we must careful about the increasing .All must have family planning and if they have more than 2 children then other people who have power should take a sevier action against them so that next time other people should think of having more then 2 child. One more thing must change, girls should not be neglected. In INDIA we can find that just for having a boy most of the family having more than 2 children and if girls and boys are treated same, if girls can do all the things that boys are doing , if there is no bondage to the girls in choosing there life partner and girls should not depend on her fathers after the age group of nearly16-17 years and after marriage also they should not depend upon their husband. They must be free and should do whatever they want in their life,if all this happen then I can surely say that no family will have more then 2 children.
Thanks

This is not a problem for India alone. Consider this, before the start of World War 2 the Chinese population was estimated to be 400 million. Today they are about 1.5 billion. This is inside a land mass approximately the size of the United States (compared to the lower 48 states). I estimate using todays population level in the US as a starting point, in 65-70 years the population will be around 1 billion. That is like adding 3 more people to the room I am sitting in right now.
Thinking in terms of just basic neccessities for life, food, water and shelter. I have myself for a comparative as to the amounts I use. I can imagine cities growing, farmland dwindling and deforestization to support the increased population.

There is only one suggestion I can come up with to stem the growth. That would be to wait a few years before having children. Instead of lets say planning on having children at 21 years old, wait till 26 years old, for example. That would allow some of the older population to pass on and reduce a potential for a strain on natural resources and the economy. I think this is sound advice for all nations. I also think we as human beings should accept the responsibility now, for that future.

What is the future of this planet if the population keeps rising at its current rate of acceleration? I think places like India and China are are currently the most visible part of a GLOBAL problem. The future is bleak I'm afraid.

Consider this. What happens if you take a 10 gallon fish take a put 3 small fish in it. No problem, right? Now put 300 fish in there, and now you have a big problem. Resources will be depleted, global temperature will increase, and waste will accumulate faster than can be disposed releasing toxins and disease.

I think you have a valid concern.

Hi Nitin.. First of alll.. I would offer my thanks for providing us the oppurtunity to answer this question.. (loosing u r precious 5 points).. Thanks for this..

Oh.. regarding rising population.. I would say.. it is an oppurtunity for India.. Most of west countries.. are facing the problem with man power only.. they have money to offer but they do not have ppl to work for.. India will be one of leading country to provide them these resources.. (You see.. US govt encourage their citizens to give birth to more than one chidren.. think why.. still americans do not do that)..that will bring more n more money back to India.. Also, more and more work will be offshored to India.. with increased per capita income and improved life style...

You might be thinking that I am ignoring the issue of living condition.. okie.. let me help you with that.. almost 72% of Indian land is empty and occupied by villages and 28% is occupied by cities..result would be expansion of cities. which is a sign of development.. Do not ask me the case when complete land will be occupied.. and it will never happen.. There is some maths involved after this..

The average life of Indian was 82 years about 50 years back and it is 70 years as of now.. So. on one side.. average life is decreasing and other side, number of people are increasing.. You see.. what result output would be.. more number of young people and less number of old people.. Young can help bringing changes in the society, eradicate root problems like poverty, child marrigaes etc.. Lesser number of old people will remove the pension and medicine burdens on the Govt. treasure..

In all, this is sure to give healthy output.. The only concern is proper education.. If India can provide infractructure to provide education to this rising population.. more Jobs is sure to come in.. poverty will reduce.. unemployment will reduce.. we will be more developed than ever.. economy will rise.. generation would be young and what else you need!!! "People will live for smaller life but with better condition.." which I agree with..

So.. plz stop worrying abt rising population and it is a good sign for india if handled properly .. We will be again considerned as "World Guru".. I can see that era coming very soon.. Amen!!

Bye.. Take Care.. Hope you liked this..

Abhi

Hi, Nitin. Certainly population is rising in India. Asian countries, specially rice-consuming countries like India, China, Korea, Vietnam, Japan etc. are finding this problem. Let's not worry. The balance sheet is maintained perfectly by the Mother Nature! Natural calamities like tsunami, earthquake, famine, war, etc, are busy in wiping out the excess population! Because of globalization, migration from over-populated countries to sparsely populated coutries is taking place. For example, people from India and China are moving to US, Canada, Australia and the Middle-East countries in search of jobs and settle there. There is a solution for each and every problem but we have to search and find the apt one.

They'll be weak. They need to create a large Army and go after the terrorist and stop being a bunch of sissy's. USA imports billions from India every month, We give them USA jobs, and they won't help the usa fight terrorist nor will they allow US companies to actually set up base in India. Like Walmart for an example.

There is no concept of infrastructure in India. The rising population will build houses everywhere and slums will expand as their population also increases. Nightmare.
