I'm not sure that this is the best drink but...
Light Soy Latte Grande, with one sugar and sprinkled with cinnamon is my drink of choice at Starbucks.

Soy Chai, no water. Sprinkle some cinnamon....
Cold choice would be iced black coffee with room... non-fat milk, sprinkle cinnamon and splenda.
The Tazo Wild Sweet Orange Tea is pretty fantastic too... of course, sprinkle some cinnamon....
