Well, I cannot give you a link our site, but may I offer a suggestion? I think you shouldn;t dye it totally black, but instead, get blond highlights or streaks. I have known black people who did this and it looked much nicer and prettier than dying it completely blond.

i have seen black people with blonde hair! i dont know any webs though im sorry! but i think if u want to dye ur hair blonde then do so or kepp it the same color and do something different with it!! good luck!!!

One of my best friends is black and she has a short hair due that's totally blonde it looks really hot. If you got to a professional salon and to a good hairdresser who knows what she is doing and is using good hair products and dyes on your hair i think it will turn out really hot. Like i said my best friend has blonde hair and she looks awesome.

I was just at Sally's and the girl had short blonde afro/texturizer with blue contacts (african american) very cute!
I think you can do this with short hair, but with long hair, it's bound to break and be damaged even with the best haircare....
If your hair is long and you want it blonde, opt for a weave

I saw a model on a box of Feria haircolor that was black with blonde hair and she was beautiful. She was caramel color. Check out the box, it's probably the color you'll want to use anyway.

It CAN look really good...but it has to be the right color of blonde. I prefer that people with really dark skin DON'T dye their hair blonde, but go for it if you really want to! It's your hair!

Well it depends on the persons attitude whether or not the person can don that colour. Look at MJB; she rocks the hell out the blond hair. And it also depends on your skin tone as well; and proper treatments.

Eve, Monica, Lil Kim... okay she was a bad 1 but some can wear it Beyonce not all the way blonde but she has those highlights. It just depends on the color of your skin, becuase if your chocolate then HELL NO!!! but if your light skin then maybe but go to the beauty salon and get ask q's

It can be an interesting look if the hair is very, very short & the individual is under 25 years old. Otherwise I'd stick with a more natural shade.
