I am 13 and will be 14 in a week, no one can recognize me on the phone between me and my 2 sisters. My friends say I sound KINDA like a girl in real life and all of my guy friend's voices crack, and most already have a deep voice, is my voice ever gonna deepen?

Yes it will. My best friend grew about 6" and voice changed a lot when he got out of high school. Don't worry all things happen in time. I know it bothers U now but in time U'll laugh about it. Hang in there. Hope this helped U.

Don't worry you'll be fine. Som epeople mature faster or slower than others. I had a beard at 16, while some guys didn't have any facial hair at all.

almost every guy's voice changes during adolescence... it doesn't always happen as soon as you would like it to but sooner or later your voice should change... if you have other signs of puberty then your voice change should be on its way...

It may take a few more years. In the meantime you can try to lower your voice. Even women can make their voices lower.

its fine...just let it go, most girls dont mid all that much.
when you pick up the phone though, say "hello, this is _______ " to eliminate the possiblility of an embarassing situation.
