Cheap Joes (general art supplies)
Compleat Sculptor (for great sculpting supplies)
DakotaPastels (for a variety of pastels and supplies)
Dick Blick (many brick locations, as well as web)

I don't think these are really affiliated with any particular atelier, but they have some good supplies. Hope this helps.

Pearl. Find em on line, visit them in person if you near to one. A large supply of classical art materials of all sorts, most of it hazardous. There also several dealers in pure ground pigments and traditional binders. I don't know how serious your classism is. Its called Aliupuient (or something like it. I can't lay my hands on the catalogue.)
