Thanks for praying. Not only for our country, but also for every nation and every leader. Regardless of how we may feel about them.

1 Tim 2:1-4
2:1 I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone- 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3 This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

But I pray differently than Christians might, I pray for ALL nations, and I pray their leaders find within themselves the wisdom and strength they need to better their own societies.

Yes. I pray the our elected officials receive wisdom from God to make decisions that are based on Him. The Bible even commands us to pray for our leaders.
