So I was with my bf and we were making out in my room
and for the first time he took off my shirt and started feeling under my bra and stuff. and so i took off his shirt.
so we're like kissing really getting into it and he picks me up while we're still kissing and starts like carrying me to different places in the room and also on the floor rolling around and stuff. he didn't take my bra off but lifted it up and stuff and felt. and when we were on the floor he was feeling down my pants and stuff.
so when we stood up and everything i reached for his pants like to feel down there and he kept moving my hands. but he was getting really into me still and everything, more passionate than ever. what does this mean?

Wow, you should write one of those romance books or at least a short story for a sexy magazine or something.
Getting back to the point of your question, I think I have the answer.
you fooled around for a while and this sometimes produces a discharge (kind of a premature ejaculation) which makes it a bit messy down there. He was just saving you the feeling of sticking your hand into a mess that would feel like snot and if you aren't prepared for it, it could feel really disgusting. Don't judge him bad for it, he was keeping you from a nasty feeling. If anything you should be glad he did.
Next time (I really hate to say it this way but) get into his pants a lot faster than the last time and there won't be anything there for a surprise except what you really want to find there.

There are only three possibilities I can think of:
1) he has an problem (erection, disease, or size issue) and was worried what you would think,
2) he is put off by sexually dominant women (some guys are scared by this),
3) he was worried that once he let it out of his pants he'd want to go all the way, and you might not want that.

lol being a guy and having a girlfriend that likes to have fun i would say that he may have just been wanting to have some fun like that n decided to. as for the part where he kept moving ur hands maybe he was still just a little scared of getting too into it.

Maybe he was self conscious about the roaring hard he had, but that would be kinda weird unless he was really shy about it. Talk to him about it. Maybe he didn't know you wanted to go farther, so he needs a little bit of a "green light" from you.

Perhaps hedidn't have a hard on and didn't want you to do it. It sounds like you two were going for it and then just backed off,for some reason. Perhaps he just wanted to play with you and that was all there was.
