My hands aren't clammy or desert dry or anything like that they are just cold all the time. Also, is there a way to make them warmer than they are?

You might have Raynaud's Syndrome. See the attached link.

I've had it since I was a teenager and was always being told "Cold hands, warm heart."

Talk with your doctor about it.

Always wear warm gloves during cold weather. Sometimes I soak my hands in warm water to warm them up.

put them on a warm spot of your body. such as inbetween the thighs

Raynaud's Disease may be the cause... check it out. ....GOOD LUCK!
