Dont you think all confident people are at least a little cocky?

There's a huge difference. A self confident person keeps his/her pride inside, they don't show it. They think that they are different from people but not better than them.
A cocky person annoys people with his/her confidence. They are too showy. I dislike that attitude I must say.
I agree that some confident people are cocky!

You can be confident, and nobody would have to know about it. Generally a cocky person is somebody that makes it known how superior they are (or perceive themselves to be) through word or action. You can be confident and still be humble.

Confident ppl dont brag about what they have, they just know they have it. Cocky ppl show off and are annoying

Cocky is being able to do something and thinking you are "all that". Confident is being able to do something and you don't think it's such a big deal. Big difference really.

Confident is when you know for certain that you have a certain skill, etc.
Cocky is when you think you have a certain skill, etc.
No, Confident people have faith in their knowledge and there is nothing cocky or braggy about knowing your stuff.

Confident is someone who knows what they want without being a smart a ss about it.Cocky is someone who thinks they know what they want and is a smart a s s about it.Plus they go around acting all high and mighty .Like a show off.

confident is knowing , to yourself, that you are smart, attractive, whatever. cocky is when you go around telling people all those things.
