I guess they could but more than likely would not. Someone down the block from me had a son sell to an undercover officer and they served a warrant on the house. That family is still living there. If you are really concerned, contact an attorney. Be proactive rather than reactive.

yes.......3 people were dealing in drugs and spent time in the federal pen.....they were doing this big time though....they lost homes, farm, cars. because probable cause in part the things in house or house could have been paid from use of drug funds.....this is if you allow this to continue or had knowledge of drugs being sold out of your home and did not stop it.
as for freezing your money, yes they will do that also until at least a court to determine the extent of drug money involved.
This is a serious crime....your son needs help...get him in rehab.

It depends on what type of drugs and how much was sold. You should get a drug sniffing dog to search the house and address anything found with your child.

If your son was involved in moving alot of drugs or if he crossed state lines, then yes. YOU could be libal for everything. If your son is over 18 and it's not in his "living area" his bedroom and he does not claim responsiblity you will be held responsible for it.

You should call the cops. I know its hard, but he obviously not caring what risk he puts you in

Your home will be seized, bulldozed flat and turned into a park. So yes, you will lose everything. You will also have a criminal record for drug selling and you will never get a decent job again. All thanks to your little punk POS kid. Sell him to the Gypsies.

A very good possibility, and you knowing and not reporting you too could be held responsible and just might find yourself doing some time.

I would call the cops on your teenager and pretty much rat him/her out. Itll at least show that you arent involved with whatever he was selling, and that you arent covering up for him/her.

They sure can if you had or should have had knowledge of the crime. They can also seize it if you benefited from the proceeds. Time to kick the teenager out.
