My friend Lydia has a large freckle on her thigh and she wanted to cover it up because she was wearing a mini skirt the other day.
Then she was like "oh i think i might get it frozen off by the doctor".
Can you really get that done?If so what does the doctor exactly do?And how much would it cost?

Freckles are not raised and are a darker pigmentation than the skin around it. I have heard that they can be faded by a laser treatment but don't know how much to quote you since it can vary.
Probably what she has is a mole and if it is bothering her then she should get it checked for skin cancer-melanoma..
