You need to see a doctor. He will give a special medicine(epinephrine) to carry around with you to keep you from dying. Seriously.

"Ask your health care provider to prescribe kits for treating anaphylaxis. Make sure you review the instructions with your provider. Check the expiration dates. Carry one kit with you in your briefcase, sports bag, or handbag, and keep one at home. Do not keep kits in the car. The medicines are not stable in heat or cold and will not work well if they get too hot or cold"

ANY time your lips, eyes, tounge, or face swell:
GO TO THE DOCTOR!
That is a sign of a LIFE THREATENING allergic reaction.
STAY AWAY FROM SPINACH and go to a doctor ASAP.
You may be allergic to something else, and not know it, and eat it in a salad, or whatever.
Please see a doctor ASAP.
Untreated, allergic reactions like this can (AND WILL, if not treated.) spread to the point towhere you may stop breathing.

Your doctor will probably give you a shot (if this happens again) and most likely give you an "EpiPen". It's a portable shot of Epinefrin (SP???) that could save your life if you have an allergic reaction. You'll need to carry this with you AT ALL TIMES.
I have one, because I'm allergic to beee stings.
Good luck, and please go see a doctor.

never ever again eat spinach or any leafy greens until you are seen by a doctor. what happened to you is an allergic reaction that could close up your breathing airway. keep benadryl on you at all times in case you accidentally eat spinach- if you do - go to the nearest ER.

You're allergic to spinach. Be careful. You never know how you will react even though your symptoms have been relatively mild to this point if they go away on their own. Make a comprehensive list of anything else that causes your body to react this way and be wary. Your body cannot process this food and it letting you know like a 4-alarm fire.

Stop eating it as you are allergic to it. This can be very serious as your tongue and throat may swell and then you wont be able to breathe.
