I know its not cheddar... and its not american... what is it?

Velveeta is a processed Cheese Food product that is made from cheddar and other cheeses, whey, stabilizers, sodium, artificial and natural colors and other things that are not particularly good FOR you, but nothing makes a better grilled cheese sandwich!
