Just install for IE, they need different installations for FF and IE.

The problem with microsoft it has never got anything right until months after it releases software, then it tries to get all the bugs out after all they are still updating windows XP and thats been out for years and from what I have read in the computer magazines vista as big problems and will have for a long time,
your better of using firefox anyway it is more secure

IE7 and Firefox are different browsers, written in a very different code, and thus use different plugins. The flash plugin you have installed and working on firefox is a different one than the one necessary for I.E. 7. Follow the link that comes up in the yellow bar at the top of the page to install the missing plugin.
