I have a wonderful daughter who is 5 months old and I want her to have a brother or a sister (not now but in a couple of years). The only thing is that I am scared to get pregnant again. My first pregnancy went smooth, didn't have any morning sickness or any other complications, I lost weight , no cravings. It was great. My daughter is great rarely cries, slept through the night(6hrs) right home from the hospital and is over all a happy baby. I am just scared that if I have another one the pregnancy is going to be horrible, the labor will be painful(first labor had hardly any pain it was great), and that my second child will be colicky and a handful. So am I paranoid or are those legitament worries.

No you sound like you're describing what im going through. i have a 2 year old and since her birth I've been blessed. I'm currently 5 months pregnant and I'm so worried that everything is going to be the opposite of what I had with my daughter. I had a good pregnancy and so far this one has been horrible but now I'm having a boy. Also I had a natural childbirth and I'm afraid that I'm going to have a c-section. But we'll see!! But I think it's perferctly normal for you to be feeling that way!

Every pregnancy is different, so you can't ever tell. But just because you have a quiet baby now doesn't mean that the next one will be the opposite. The one thing that you might be a help to you is that second pregnancies generally go faster with less pain than the first.

Ususally the first pregnancy is bad. Your body is not used to the physical and hormonal changes and this is what causes morning sickness. The labor goes a lot smoother after the first one. My wife was in labor 8 hours for our first one and only 4 for the second one. Our third child came out in 2 hours.

No, I think they are legitimate worries...albeit not something to keep you from having another child. Every baby is different and I highly doubt you will have another angel like the one you've described here (I'm jealous!) But as you experience this one, think of all the blessings another one will bring, even if a bit more of a handful!

I idea I was once paranoid whilst my ex-spouse and her daughter constantly perceived to have unusually alternating textual content messages. All three folks within the equal room and one cellphone could beep. Then, the others could beep. and many others and many others. I could not support however suppose that is bizarre. I checked her cellphone on a textual content message hunt. They have been texting each and every different, with recommendations of what to inform me in order that they would sneak out and play with the men who had dope.Paranoid no,divorced YES.

Well- of you are concern with all these pregnancy issues!
Maybe you should rethink the whole thing!! If you want another baby you have to want it because you want to extend your family and you are willingly to do so in spite of all that may or may not come with it!!

I don't think there is any relationship from child to child. There are so many factors involved, you cannot predict one way or the other. Have the baby if you want it and can afford to raise it well.

All parents probably feel this way but if you really think about it , if you do decide to have another child you get to love two babies.
